Cash reserves the right to accept or refuse any affiliate
account being applied for. Once you have submitted your
initial application it can take up to 24 hrs to be approved.
In most cases it will be done within a couple of hours.
1. Promoting
our Sites:
We're not here to restrict your creativity or place a load
of restrictions on how you promote DaniellesParlour. We have
only one rule in regards to marketing and promotion, no
spamming. If you are caught sending e-mail that is not in
full compliance with the CAN-SPAM regulations your account
will be immediately terminated and any payments due will be
forfeited.
2. Content
Usage:
All
content provided by ParlourCash must retain the original
copyright/url stamp. No alteration of the copyright/url
stamp is acceptable without prior written consent. Any page
displaying content obtained from ParlourCash must have a
banner or text link back to DaniellesParlour. Do not use our
Zip Pictures or Galleries as content inside your pay site,
our pictures, video's and galleries can only be used to
promote DaniellesParlour. Any account found not to be in
compliance will be immediately terminated and all payments
due will be forfeited. In other words, don't steal our
content and we'll all be happy!
3. Payout and Processor Information:
ParlourCash pays 50% on initial sign-ups as well as 50%
recurring for the lifetime of the membership. We also pay
10% Webmasters Referral. We absorb all processing fees
so you are getting a true 50% of the membership. Our
Membership prices currently are $24.95 per month recurring
at $24.95, $59.95 for 90 Days Recurring at $24.95 after the
90 days and $99.00 for One Year for membership. Payments are made weekly by
Epoch/Paycom who is our sole Payment provider. With Epoch/Paycom
you are Guaranteed to get your payout every week provided
you meet the minimum payout.
4. Termination:
This relationship may be terminated at convenience by either
party, at any time. However, in the event ParlourCash
terminates for convenience, you will continue to earn
commission checks for legitimate customer accounts in
existence as of the date of termination, for as long as
those accounts remain in good standing. If ParlourCash
determines that you have violated these terms and conditions
your account will be terminated immediately and you may
forfeit your right to any payments owed to you at that time.
